Falcons Esport has won Overwatch Contenders EU Season 2 July

The team defeated British Hurricane to take the victory.

The next season of Overwatch Contenders has now concluded, as the European and American divisions have wrapped up their tournaments. Over in EU, the finals saw British Hurricane and Falcons Esport hash it out, with Falcons defeating the dominant Contenders team 4-1 to take the event and net a healthy $14,595 in cash prize. This result is an improvement over the June event that saw the Falcons lose to Hurricane in the finals.

Over in NA, the American Tornado took out DarkMode NA 4-0 to take the event and the $14,595 in cash prize. American Tornado are actually back-to-back Contenders winners over the summer, as they have won both the June and July finals.
