NiP details its completed Valorant roster

Pros from the CS:GO and Overwatch scene come together to make a diverse line-up.

HQ

Ninjas in Pajamas has completed the finishing touches to its Valorant line-up and we now know just who will be making up its five-player squad.

Joining Emir "RHYME" Muminovic and Niels "luckeRRR" Jasiek (who were announced to be part of the team in June) is Enzo "Fearoth" Mestari, Charles "CREA" Beauvois, and Damien "HyP" Souville. Both CREA and Fearoth come from the world of competitive CS:GO and HyP formerly played Overwatch for Paris Eternal and Eagle Gaming. Fearoth has also been revealed to be the team's Captain.

Jonas Gundersen, COO at Ninjas in Pyjamas, said: "Our ambition has and always will be to field a top-tier lineup - our faith in the VALORANT scene and Riot's plans for it remains strong and we'll stop at nothing to get to the top spot. It's become clear that CS:GO experience is a strong predictor of VALORANT performance, and adding the spice of the highest level of Overwatch competition through HyP makes for a really strong foundation. This squad has an extremely high skill ceiling, has already proven itself competitively, and fits very well into our vision for team chemistry and esports performance. I couldn't be happier."

The team is currently fighting its way through the WePlay! Valorant Invitational and it saw great success last night defeating forZe 2-0. Ninjas in Pajamas next match will see the team play against fish123 later today.
